Having come to an agreement with AVIS Andorra, we can now offer a flexible car rental service designed for holiday makers in Andorra and especially for our guests staying in our holiday apartments and chalets in Arinsal! Competitive prices with no hidden charges (such as airport tax) and with the professional service provided by AVIS.
Features:
Pick up your car in any AVIS agency in France, Spain
or in Andorra
Arrive at the airport and your car will be waiting for you. Or, if you don’t
want to drive from the airport to Andorra, we can arrange for your airport
bus transfer and for your car which will be waiting for you in
Arinsal, on the day you want and for the amount of days you want. That way,
all you
have to worry about is your plane ticket.
Return your car at
any agency in Andorra or in Spain:
No matter where you rent your car, you can drop it off at any agency in Andorra
or Spain at no extra cost. (Not valid for France). For example, you can rent
a car from the AVIS agency in Andorra, drive down to Barcelona and drop it
off there.
Rent a car for your entire holiday or just for a few days
You do not have to rent your car or the entire holiday. You can also prolong
the rental period once in Arinsal by simply going to the office.
One-way car rental
to Andorra and to Spain:
You can pick up your car in Spain and drop it off in Andorra,
even in Arinsal without surcharge. You can return the car a day later or
even 2 days later at no extra cost! (not valid for France!). This
could be an interesting alternative to taking the public
bus: imagine your
plane
leaves on a Sunday
at 08:00 from Barcelona airport. Instead of getting up at 04:00 in the morning
and driving down in the dark, why
not
drive
down
to
Barcelona
on
Saturday
morning,
visit
the town and return the car to
the airport first thing Sunday morning.
The price you see is the price you pay!
Most low-cost rental agencies often present you with an interesting initial
price but which does not include various obligatory items such as VAT, airport
taxes, fines for returning a car late, dirty or with an empty petrol tank.
Our prices are all-included!
In other words, there are NO HIDDEN SUPPLEMENTS whatsoever!

There are two AVIS offices in Andorra: one in the capital and one in Arinsal
which is next to the gondola, within walking distance of our holiday properties.
This can be of vital importance which could save or spoil your holiday:
Imagine you lose your car keys in the mountains in Arinsal. If you have rented your car from us and AVIS, all you have to do is get back down to Arinsal, go to the AVIS office which is in the village and state your problem. You can then go back up onto the mountain and your car will be replaced in the meantime.
If, on the other hand, you rent your car from a low budget company that is NOT represented in Andorra (such as Easy-Rent-A-Car, Pepecar etc etc etc) you may have a problem: you will have to call their office (probably located in Madrid or Paris) and wait until the keys are sent to you by post. This, depending on when the problem occurs, could take some time! If you have a mechanical problem, things could be even worse and take longer to solve…
