you would like to rent as well as the dates. Before reserving,
make sure the property is available for the requested dates! (see Prices & Availability above).
- Choose your payment mode (see below).
- Fill out and send us the reservation form (see below) We will confirm
your reservation in 24 hours (working days).
- You may reserve extras such as ski passes, ski rental, airport
transfers etc. when reserving your property or at a later date. However, in order to get the preferential rates, you
must reserve them prior to your arrival. You can reserve "Extras" at any time without re-entering your credit card details here.
There are 2 ways to reserve your property: either online or by fax:

| Paying for your apartment or chalet: |
You have three different ways in order
to pay for the rental of your apartment or chalet: by credit card,
by bank transfer or by postal order:
1) Payment by international
credit card (Visa, Mastercard etc. except American Express):
Reservations paid for by credit card will be processed within 24 hours
(working days).
- Fill out the secure inscription form
and include your credit card number and expiry date. You may also
provide us the credit card information via phone or fax.
- Once we receive your reservation form,
we will charge 50% of the total amount on your credit card.
- We will then send you the confirmation
of your reservation along with the instructions to find your apartment
or chalet within 24 hours (working days). A person will meet you
upon arrival to show you your property and to give you your keys.
- The balance will be charged on your
card 28 working days prior to your arrival. If you have changed credit cards in the mean time, please provide us with your new credit card details here.
2) Payment by bank transfer
or postal order (charges at your own cost):
Reservations made by bank transfer or postal order will be confirmed once
the transfer has arrived.
Please allow at least 5 working days for the transfer to go through!
- Upon reception of the inscription
form, we will send you a preconfirmation of your reservation valid
for 7 working days. If we do not hear from you within 7 working
days, we will automatically cancel your reservation.
- When you receive our preconfirmation,
make a bank transfer or postal order equivalent to 100% of the total
amount. Please sending us a copy the bank receipt by fax, along with
your name, the apartment you reserved and your arrival date.
- When we receive the transfer, we will
send you the confirmation of your reservation along with the instructions
to find your apartment or chalet within 24 hours (working days).
A person will meet you upon arrival to show you your property and to
give you your keys.

Important notice on credit cards:
no credit card transaction is 100% fraud proof.
We use SSL , one of the most secure systems on the internet. Your browser
will inform you that you are entering a secure site when clicking
on our secure reservation form (unless you have the option turned
off!). We do not actually charge your card using the internet.
We use the conventional method via telephone (just like any restaurant,
hotel or shop) and have not received any complaints from our clients
concerning their credit cards up to this date.
Sending credit card information
over the net is always a bit delicate but remember that in the
vast majority of cases, the fraud takes place once the credit card
details reach their destination and NOT whilst being sent over the
internet.
Doing so to reserve your
apartment is risk free as all reservations are handled by us. We are an official agency here in Andorra:
