General Information:

Cozy mountain chalet located just 150 metres from the gondola that takes you up to the Pal-Arinsal ski resort.  The Coma Pedrosa Natural Park is within walking distance.  This chalet an ideal place for skiers, walkers and nature lovers that don't want to use their car when on holiday.  Those that like to go fishing will find a river right at the end of the garden and 3 mountain lakes nearby.

Although our chalet is not luxurious, it is warm, well mainatined and has everything you need in order to spend a enjoyable holiday in your own house.  During the summer, the shady garden is an ideal place for a barbecue.  The chalet is accessible all year round by car.

We are often asked about what the "real capacity" of the chalet is. 10 adults means a crowded house even with nobody having to sleep in the living room.	Don't worry, there's a shovel in the ski locker!
The living area with the large open fireplace an ideal place to relax after a day on the mountain.  Wood can be bought from the local supermarket.	Recent picture (2008) with the parquet flooring, new TV etc..	The dining room table seats 8 persons comfortably, 10 at a squeeze. There is also an extra folding table with stools.
The bedrooms: 2 rooms with 2 single beds, 2 rooms with double beds, 1 room with a bunk bed.	The bedrooms are not large burt each one has a large built-in wardrobe with hanging space, shelves and drawers.

	Pets welcome as long as the owners are well trained and the pets well educated!		All of our properties are non-smoking. However, please bear in mind that this is very difficult for us to to enforce. We count on our guest's cooperation.
	The rental of your chalet includes a private parking space large enough for one large car or 2 small ones. More parking near by.		TV, CD, DVD and radio in your chalet. Don't forget to bring your CD's and DVD's.

The perfect vacation for asthmatics or persons that do not like acarus or itch-mites:
The pure air in Arinsal is perfect for persons with respiratory problems.  It has also been scientifically proven that acarus or itch-mites cannot survive at this altitude (1'500m).

Some of them may close during the low season.
