Conditions of rent
We rent our apartments and chalet exclusively and only to couples or families.
Included in the price:
Rent of the apartment (or chalet)
from the arrival day mentioned in the confirmation to departure day
mentioned
in the confirmation at 10:00, hot water, electricity, TV, heating, bed
covers, the use of the kitchen, a parking space in the private garage
(private outside parking place for the chalet), a private cellar
for skis and or mountain bikes (except for the chalet) as well as all
taxes.
Not included in the price:
- Damage Deposit (obligatory): 150,00 Euros, to be paid in cash or by credit card on arrival, refundable (see below)
- Cleaning Deposit (obligatory): 50,00 Euros, to be paid in cash or by credit card on arrival, refundable (see below)
- Towels (non obligatory): 6,00 Euros per person and per week. Possibility to change them during your stay (6,00 E per person). One free change for stays longer than one week.
- Sheets (non obligatory): 6,00 Euros per person and per week). Possibility to change them during your stay (6,00 E per person). One free change for stays longer than one week.
- Pets: 30,00 Euros per animal and per week
- Play pen-cot/high chair/potty/pram: 30,00 Euros per week for all or any of the items
Payment of damage deposit and cleaning deposit:
Deposits can be paid
in cash or with a valid credit card.
Return of Damage
deposit:
A member of our personnel will be
present when you leave the property. The deposit of 150,00
Euros will be returned to you minus the repair
or replacement
cost of missing, broken or damaged objects. If the cost of
the missing, broken or damaged object(s) is superior to the deposit
paid, the
difference must be paid in cash before leaving. In case a guest
leaves before 07:30, the damage deposit will be sent to the guest via
mail.
Return of Cleaning
deposit:
A member of our personnel will
be present when you leave the property. The cleaning fee of 50,00
Euros will be returned to you depending on cleanliness of the property
at the end of your stay. For the deposit to
be returned to you, you must leave the apartment or chalet in the condition
you would like to find it in upon arrival. If, during the inventory,
we
decide that the apartment or chalet will have to be cleaned by us, the
deposit will not be returned. How NOT
to get your deposit back. In case a guest
leaves before 07:30, the damage deposit will be sent to the guest via mail.
Arrivals: from
15:00, to be determined prior to arrival
Departures: at the latest
10:00 to be determined upon arrival
Inventory:
You will find a complete inventory
file in your property upon arrival. You will have 24
hours to notify us of any discrepancy. After that, we will consider
that you agree with the inventory. The final inventory will be
made with us and in your presence at the end of your stay.
Heating and electricity:
Heating and electricity are included.
Although we do leave a comfortable margin calculated in accordance with
the seasons, abnormally high consumption (which can be achieved by leaving
the windows open with the heating on) will be billed at the official rate.
We rent our apartments and
chalet exclusively to couples or families.
We reserve the right to refuse
and even cancel any reservation without refund that does not accomplish
the above terms even after your arrival!
Occupancy:
It is strictly forbidden for more
persons than those specified in the description of the apartments or chalet
to occupy the apartment or chalet. We reserve the right to cancel
any reservation without any possibility of refund should this occur, even
during your stay.
Payment:
Reservation are considered
as confirmed when payment of at least 50% of the total invoice is received. The
balance must be paid in full at least 28 days prior to arrival. Guests that paid the deposit by credit card: the balance will automatically charged on the card 28 days prior to arrival and the guest will be notified. Reservations made less than 28 days prior to arrival must be paid in full upon reserving.
Cancellations:
All cancellations must be sent
to the owner or the agency representing him via fax, mail or E-mail and must be confirmed
by the owner or agency representing him.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellations received at least
28 days before the arrival date mentioned on the confirmation will be
refunded 100%.
Cancellations received between
27 and 16 days before the arrival date mentioned on the confirmation:
25% of the total bill.
Cancellations received between
15 and 08 days before the arrival date mentioned on the confirmation:
50% of the total bill.
Cancellations received between
07 and 01 days before the arrival date mentioned on the confirmation:
75% of the total bill.
Cancellations received thereafter
or "no-shows" will not be refunded.
Late arrivals:
If you arrive one or more days
later than your expected arrival day, you will not be entitled to a refund.
Interruption of stay:
If, for whatever reason, you decide
to interrupt your stay, you will not be entitled to a refund.
The owners also reserve the right to evict guests at any time during their stay because of founded complaints from neighbours, problems with the authorities or because of disturbances or damages caused. No refund will be given in such a case, nor will alternative accommodation be provided.
Accidents, theft, fire etc.
The agency representing the owner nor the owner
of the property can be held responsible for accidents, theft, fire,
etc. except
what the insurance of the property covers.
Cancellation of reservation by the owner or the agency representing the owner:
Should the owner or the agency representing the owner be obliged to cancel a reservation due to an event beyond their control (flood, fire, vandalism etc), the owner or the agency representing the owner agrees to reimbourse maximum the total
amount paid by a client for the rent of a property. Extras, such as
flights,
bus transfers etc. will NOT be reimboursed under ANY circumstances.
Legal matters:
All legal matters will be handled in Andorra by the Andorran authorities.
