 Reservations for the Main Spa with accommodation (hotel or apartment):

When you have chosen your hotel and what you want to do at Caldea, use one of the following methods in order to reserve: 

Fill out and send us the inscription form for the Main Spa but if your browser admits it, use our secure online reservation form for the Main Spa.  That way, your message cannot be intercepted during the send. 
Or print the Fax inscription form on paper, fill it out by hand and fax it to us.  Of course,  you can also send it via normal mail. 
Or send us an E-mail and we will send you an inscription form per fax or normal mail.
 
 Payment for reservations at the Main Spa with accommodation (hotel or apartment):

Payment by international credit card  (Visa, Mastercard, etc... except American Express): 
Reservations paid by credit card will be processed with priority. 

  1. Include your credit card number and expiry date on the inscription form.  You may also send us the number by fax or over the telephone. 
  2. We will make the corresponding reservations.  We will then send you the confirmation of your reservation within 2 working days with instructions on how to find your hotel and we will charge 50% of the total invoice on your credit card.  We will contact you should there be no availability without charging your card. 
  3. The balance will be charged on your credit card 4 days prior to your arrival. 
  4. You will find the corresponding vouchers in an enveloppe addressed to you at the reception of the hotel.
  5. When you go to Caldea, present the voucher at the reception marked "entrance with prior reservation".  That way, you will avoid all the queues.
Payment by postal order, cheque or bank transfer made out to Andorra (charges at your cost):
  1. Indicate, on the inscription form, how you wish to pay. 
  2. We will take an option at the hotel and at Caldea and we will send you a preconfirmation with the exact amount to pay within 2 working days. 
  3. Send us the full payment along with a copy of the preconfirmation we sent you.
  4. As soon as we receive the paiement, we will send you the confirmation of your reservation along with instructions on how to find your hotel. 
  5. You will find the corresponding vouchers in an enveloppe addressed to you at the reception of the hotel.
  6. When you go to Caldea, present the voucher at the reception marked "entrance with prior reservation".  That way, you will avoid all the queues.
We will consider the reception of a paiement as proof that you have read and agree with the conditions of sale below.


 
 
 Reservations for the Main Spa without accommodation

If you do not need accommodation, we recommend reserving with Caldea Express, found on our Website.  We will send you your entrances via E-mail within 24 hours (working days) which you will need to print on paper and present at Caldea upon arrival. Click here to find out more.
 
 Payment for reservations for the Main Spa without accommodation:

Important notice on credit cards:  no credit card transaction is 100% fraud proof. 

We use SSL, one of the most secure systems on the internet.  Your browser will inform you that you are entering a secure site when clicking on our secure reservation form (unless you have the option turned off!).  We do not actually charge your card using the internet.  We use the conventional method via telephone (just like any restaurant, hotel or shop) and have not received any complaints from our clients concerning their credit cards up to this date.

Sending credit card information over the net is always a bit delicate but remember that in the vast majority of cases, the fraud takes place once the credit card details reach their destination and NOT whilst being sent over the internet. 

Doing so to reserve your stay at Caldea is risk free as all reservations are handled by Andorra, an official agency here in Andorra:
Register of commerce of the Andorran Gov't  nº 912218.X/12075 year 1994.

Under contract with the International Bank / Banca Mora of Andorra for credit card processing, authorisation number 992-080424.

However, we do not recommend giving your credit card over the net for services and items proposed by some unknown "cyber-company".


 
 
 
 

 
Conditions of Sale

PAYMENT:
Reservations must be paid in full and in advance.  W reserve the right to cancel without prior notice any reservation that has not been paid.

CONFIRMATION:
Reservations are considered confirmed when the client receives the confoirmation.  For reservations made by E-mail, please contact us if you have not received anything from us within 2 working days.

MODIFICATIONS:
All modifications must be confirmed in writing by us.

VOUCHERS:
Caldea only accepts original vouchers or vouchers sent by E-mail and printed with the corresponding reference numbers.

PUNCTUALITY:
Entrance time and the schedule for treatments must be respected.  Treatments that cannot be given due to lateness on the client's part will be neither refunded, rescheduled or replaced. If you arrive at Caldea late, you may lose your entrance slot and may have to queue in order to get in.  In some cases, you may not be able to enter until the next day.  No refund will be given in such a case.
CANCELLATIONS: 
All cancellations must be made in writing (fax, mail or E-mail) and must be confirmed by us.  Payment will be refunded in full if the cancellation is made more than 2 working days before the beginning of the programme.  There will be no refund in case of a "no show" at Caldea or at the hotel. There will be no refund for treatments cancelled by the client.

INTERRUPTION OF PROGRAMME:
There will be no refund if you decide to interrupt your programme at Caldea or stay at the hotel for whatever reason.

CHANGING AND CANCELLING TREATMENTS:
All reserved treatments will be billed without possibility of a refund even if you decide do not do one or more treatments.

RULES AT CALDEA:
Please read the rules and regulations at Caldea carefully.  Caldea reserves the right not to let persons in that do not comply by the rules.  This is also valid for persons already in Caldea.
 


 
Important note: the information you send us will be kept confidential and will under no circumstances be given to a third party for any reason whatsoever.


We guarantee our reservations, there is no service charge and there is no increment of price, wether at Caldea or the hotel.
