We used modules "Relaxation B" and "Escape N" as an example, with entrance time at 10:30.  You may start your programme any day at 09:00, 10:30, 12:00, 13:30, 15:00 or at 16:30.  Every module lasts 5 hours.  In other words, 1 module = 1 day.

Advantages of being at the Club :
A day at the Club lasts 5 hours, whereas a simple Main Spa entrance is for 3 hours only.  In order to guarantee a relaxing atmosphere, Caldea accept only up to 25 persons at the Club whereas the Main Spa can hold up to 500 persons!  The daily rental of a bathrobe, a towel and sandals is included in the price which is not the case with a Main Spa entrance.  You also have a free non alcoholic drink at the Club Bar every day.  You have access to all of the installations of the Main Spa but persons with only a Main Spa entrance cannot go to the Club.  This means that you can "retreat" to the Club area when the Main Spa gets crowded.

How does one go to the Club?
In order to go to the Club, you must either reserve a module (Relaxation, Beauty or Escape) or make up your own programme with at least one treatment per day.  Another person may accompany you without treatments (see Club Companions).  This is useful if you have youngsters or a  husband that wants to come along but that is not interested in any of the treatments.

The Module (A,B C...) and the entrance time must be chosen when making the reservation.  The schedule for the following days will be established upon arrival.  As each module represents one day (5 hours), you can make programme for up to 15 days without repeating a single one! 

How will your day at the Club be spent?

• 10:30  Arrival at the reception of the Club (upper floor).  After a short meeting with the person that will be responsible for your programme, you will receive your bathrobe, your towel and your sandals.  You can then proceed to the changing rooms and lock your clothes in a private locker.  Once changed and showered, you can enter the magical world of Caldea, to forget your problems and stress and ready to dedicate 5 hours to yourself only.

• 10:45  Guided visit of the installations.  This is the moment to ask any questions you may have, such as on how to use the sauna for example.  If, later on, you still have some questions, please ask a member of the personnel who are there to help you.

11:00  Now you can start to profit from all of Caldea's installations. As you are a client of the Club, you also have access to all of the installations of the Main Spa.  Go down the stairs or take the lift and enter the 600m2 lagoon.  The sensation of being in such wonderful surroundings is incredible. Your body will feel lighter and you'll find the pleasant warmth of the water (32º) very relaxing.  Discover the lagoon, preparing your mind and body for the treatments to come.

11:30 "Rendez-vous" at the Club bar where you will be met by a masseur (or masseuse).  He will show you to a private cabin where you will receive your first treatment, a 45 minute massage with Bach Flowers.   You may chose the flower of your preference, depending on your mood and the desired effect.

12:15  We recommend relaxing for about 10 minutes after each treatment in order to prolong the pleasant effect.  Why not do so on the warm marble slates.

12:30 Get your blood circulating again by taking a refreshing shower, a visit to the grapefruit pool or the Aztecian bath.

• 13:00  If you are feeling a bit hungry (or thirsty), you can go to the Oasis restaurant in your bathrobe.  Menus from 10,00 Euros.  The Oasis also offers a pleasant view of the interior lagoon.

• 14:00  After a light meal, why not relax under the infra-red lamps?  They do not tan but give off a pleasant heat.  You may also go and discover the relaxation room with "Wood" lights.  The negative ions will make you feel fresh and rested.  If you prefer a siesta, we recommend the warm water beds at the Club.  More than one client has been found peacefully sleeping there for over an hour.

• 15:00  Back to the Club bar for your reflexo foot massage. All  vital organs are reflected on the soles of the feet.  The reflexo foot massage is an ancient Chinese technique whereby pressure is applied to specific areas of the sole of the foot which rebalances the energy zones of the body, improving one's mental and physical state.  Although a little painful at times, the end result is very pleasing indeed.

15:20  Now that you've been "rebalanced" and "re-energised" and that you are at peace with yourself, sink into one of the 2 jacuzzis found on the terrace at the Club.  These Jacuzzis are rarely crowded and welcome you day or night, summer, winter or fall for a relaxing 10 minutes outside.

15:50  A drink will be waiting for you at the Club Bar.  You will also find international press, magazines and the "Diari d'Andorra".

• 16:05  It is time to think of departing.  You will find gel and shampoo in the showers and a hair dryer in the changing rooms.

• 16:30  Remove your clothes from the locker, not forgetting the magnetic card.  Change back into your clothes and leave your bathrobe etc. at the reception.  You will receive clean and fresh set the following day.

The next day will be spent in a similar fashion.  You can discover other installations at the Club or in the Main Spa downstairs and you will receive the treatments according to the module you chose.  In this case, a general mud application, a light massage and an underwater massage.

You have surely noticed that 5 hours pass very quickly indeed. Still, we recommend not racing from one installation to the next.  Use some the first day and others the next. You are supposed to relax at Caldea, not to accelerate!  If you chose to eat at the Oasis restaurant, you get an extra hour for free.
