General information:
Modern apartment, comfortable, functional and very well equipped.  Located in the upper part of the Arinsal resort, 900m from the new 6-man chairlift that takes you to the VALLNORD Arinsal-Pal ski resort. The path into Coma Pedrosa Natural Park starts just 100 meters from the apartment making this cosy apartment ideal for walkers that wand to discover the surrounding mountains, such as the Coma Pedrosa itself (2'942m). Caldea and Andorra-la-Vella are 8km away. The apartment faces South-West. This is an aprtment located at the very top of the resort and we recommend having a car.

Compared to our apartment "B4":
This apartment is more modern and better furnished than apartment B4. However, apartment B4 has a nicer view, gets more sun and is a bit closer to the center of the resort and ski lifts. Also, apartment B4 has 2 sofa beds in the living romm which is handy if you have 2 children or adults that don't want to sleep in the same bed.
 

Services nearby (within a 5 minute drive by car from your apartment):
4 restaurants, 5 pubs, bread shop, 6 cafés, bank, 2 cyber cafés, a mineral water fountain, 2 ski rental shops, ski pass purchase, cable car, pharmacy, a laundrette, chair lift, 3 supermarkets and 1 disco.  None of the above mentioned services are located too close and thus do not create a disturbance at night. Some of them may close during the low season.
 
 

	There's a lift in the building from the front door and from the garage to your apartment.  There are no stairs to climb.		Credit cards accepted.

	Pets welcome as long as the owners are well trained and the pets well educated!		All of our properties are non-smoking. However, please bear in mind that this is very difficult for us to to enforce. We count on our guest's cooperation.
	The rental of your apartment includes a private parking space in the garage, high enough for a Mercedes Vito or a Range Rover.		TV, CD, DVD and radio in your apartment. The perfect vacation for asthmatics or persons that do not like acarus or itch-mites:
The pure air in Arinsal is perfect for persons with respiratory problems.  It has also been scientifically proven that acatrus or itch-mites cannot survive at this altitude (1'500m).
