General Information:
Beautiful very well furnished and fully equipped nine-bedroom semi-detached holiday chalet located in the Arinsal resort (1'500m). Perfect for groups of families, couples and sporting/activity holidays. The chalet was recently extensively improved and newly furnished. The total capacity if for 16 adults plus up top 5 children.

Located close to the centre of the village, yet at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, the chalet offers the best of both worlds. The peaceful, quiet location means you are assured a good nights sleep without the noise of passing traffic and tourists, but the close proximity of the village centre means that the lifts, après ski and nightlife are right at hand. Arinsal's many bars, restaurants, clubs and shops are just a few minutes walk away. The gondola is 800m away. This sounds like a long way but it's not all uphill. Besides you can rent a ski locker at the ski resort itself so you do not have to carry your skis or boots.

Important: this chalet is located in a private very quiet family residence. Therefore, noise, late night parties, loud music etc will not be tolerated by neighbours and the Police will called in in case of touble. This chalet,in other words, is NOT for noisy groups!

  • Plasma TV, DVD/CD player, sourround sound system, safe, satellite TV
  • Living dining room area with open log fire place and an additional sitting / games mezzanine.
  • Dining table that comfortably seats 18 adults. The capacity of the chalet can be extended to 21 if the party includes at least 4 children. In addition, the dining tables separate so a smaller table for the children can be arranged provided that parents are happy for the children to eat dinner earlier than the adults
  • Large fully-equipped modern kitchen. Dishwasher, cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, deep freeze, kettle, toaster etc.
  • Fully-equipped utility room with a washing machine and a dryer
  • Washing machine, deep freeze
  • Balcony / terrace, small private garden
  • Central heating with thermostat
  • the rental of towels, spa towels and sheets is included in the rental of the chalet.
  • Four secure private parking spaces in the large self locking garage wiith direct access to the chalet.
  • Large ski-locker.
  • Pets welcome on request

 

Sleeping arrangement:

  • 9 bedrooms (11 single beds, 5 double beds and 2 cots)
  • There are nine guest bedrooms which can be used as doubles, twins, triples and singles to suit your requirements:
  • First floor: The Master Bedroom / Family Suite has a double bed with an optional child-size bed and/or space for a cot and four bunk beds in the neighbouring bedroom along with a bathroom with large shower; the second en-suite bedroom has a family bathroom, double bed and space for a cot.
  • Second floor: One bedroom has a double bed and space for an additional child-size bed or cot. The other bedroom has three single beds and together they share a family bathroom.
  • Third floor: Two bedrooms in the eaves have twin beds, one bedroom has a double bed and the remaining bedroom has a bunk bed (suitable for up to and including teenage children) and together they share two shower rooms.

In other words, there are 4 double beds, 7 single beds and 6 bunk beds.

Important: unlike our apartments "B4", "B6" and our chalet "C10", this chalet is not our property.  It belongs to friends of ours and we rent it out for them.

All of our properties are non-smoking. However, smoking is "tolerated" in the mezzanine area of the chalet

4 restaurants, 5 pubs, bread shop, 6 cafés, bank, car rental, a cybercafé, a mineral water fountain, 2 ski rental shops, ski pass purchase, cable car, pharmacy, a laundrette, 2 small supermarkets and 1 disco.  None of the above mentioned services are located too close and thus do not create a disturbance at night. Some of them may close during the low season.
