For those that don't fancy hiking, we offer an original way to discover the beauty of the country: off road!

Choose between fleet of Suzuki Samurais and Vitaras which are less than 2 years old. You can rent one for just a day or for your entire holiday. These small but sturdy jeeps are ideal for the terrain and will perform more satisfactorily than Range Rovers or Cherokees as they are lighter, smaller and more maneuverable. |
| A great option is to drive up to the "Col de la Botella" which starts between the Arinsal and Pal ski resorts, just 10 minutes from your apartment. From there, you can follow the old smuggler's trail to Spain via Tor, Alins and Sort where you can go rafting! The return route takes you via Os de Civis where you can enjoy a typical Catalan lunch before returning to your apartment. This circuit is one of the prettiest in the region and well worth it. However you must leave early in the morning in order to avoid returning to your apartment in the dark. | |
All pictures on this page were taken on this very route!Those that feel more adventurous can head for the Mediterranean Sea (Port Bou) via dirt tracks which can be reached from Andorra in 3 days. One must count about 10 days in order to reach the Atlantic (cape Hendaye). Note: we counted 2 hours of driving in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon which doesn't seem much at first but off road driving is tiring!If you are planning to do some fishing in Andorra, a jeep is the perfect vehicle in order to get from one lake to the next.

Seasons: The winter season in Andorra is long. For safety reasons , we recommend off road trips from June to October. Jeeps are also for rent during the winter months for those that to get from one ski resort to the other without having to put on chains! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Of course, we can arrange the rental for you so that your jeep will be waiting for you upon arrival at your apartment. |
